[SOLVED]How do I burn a Disk?

Hello
Well, I downloaded a version of Windows Vista and instructions are to burn it to a disk…. the only thin is that it’s 2.28 GB… It’s not going to fit onto a disk….
How do I do it?

It will fit on a DVD-R…Vista is not too big to be fit on a CD-R…
