I want to know something about the AVG website
Internet Risk Levels
The current Internet Risk Level is set by our experts in the virus lab. Below you can find a definition of when and why a specific level applies.
* General risk
* Elevated risk
* High risk
* Extreme risk
General risk
Level 1
* A normal infection rate of known threats on unpatched and unprotected systems is monitored.
* No significant new threats have been discovered.
Users with up-to-date Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware Software and the latest operating system patches installed are not at risk.
Elevated risk
Level 2
* New malware has been detected that may lead to an increased attack rate or load on networks, but it is not yet widespread.
* A new proof of concept code for a vulnerability is detected that may lead to a serious outbreak due to the critical nature of the vulnerability.
Users with up-to-date Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware Software and the latest operating system patches installed are not at risk.
High risk
Level 3
* New malware may present a threat even to computers with the latest operating system patches.
* A new variant of a known threat which previously caused a significant outbreak was detected in the wild.
Users are strongly advised to install new Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware updates as well as operating system patches as soon as they are available.
Extreme risk
Level 4
* New malware is spreading very fast, posing a potential danger to the majority of systems and could lead to flooded networks and servers.
* A very high number of infections has been monitored within the last 24 hours.
Users are strongly advised to install new Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware updates as well as operating system patches as soon as they are available.

Pretty sure thats just talking about “Risks” avg is for your computer and it protects you from viruses etc… I dont really understand your question mate sorry. But just download AVG Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware and you should be ok theres a free version and a pro version both very similar do the sme job.
