[solved] wma/m4a to mp3 converter
August 5th, 2016
The speed of the converter doesn’t matter, I want one that will give me good quality files.
I have ~20gb of music, a mix of mp3, wma, m4a (All organised in many folders, I don’t want to go to each folder and find each wma).
I would like to be able to put it all in and have it all the m4a/wma converted to mp3 and the original files deleted.
Which program would you recommend for this.
Would it be easier if I did search through and find the tracks that need converting?
Thanks
Easy CD-DA Extractor is what I’d recommend:

To maintain the current quality, Using VBR/Quality Level 0 would be best.

That’s not gonna be doable, Your gonna have to drag and drop only the files you wanna convert.
Just run a search for *.m4a or *.wma on the particular folder.
ok, thanks, just installed, will try it now
edit: Its doing the job, just taking a bit of time finding the tracks and putting in the right place after.
but thanks nonetheless
I use Format Factory, it’s a very good software.
