[SOLVED] Need a software to create flowchart.

Hi all wbbians,
I am looking to create flowchart, that will allow my IT Support Team to diagnose simple IT issues..
Is their is any good softwares with templates, so i can get an idea on how i should go about creating it.

Visio is good for flow charts, but anything you can do in Visio 2010 you can do in Word 2007. (yea I went backwards to prove a point) Just do a search in word for flow chart, they even have some templates for you.

As mentioned above, you can do quite a lot with Word anyway.
