-Solved- Loading Pages Problem

My internet line is fine, i know that from the downloading speeds.
I have formated my c:, and now whenever i scroll down on a page it is “pooling down/draging” the page and it is too slow!
-In some pages the problem doesn’t shows off!-
I installed firefox but the same problem hapens, what can i do?
Plz help!

You havent installed the graphics card properly by the sound of it , that strobing effect tends to be a by product on generic video drivers , update them (the drivers) and verify wether this solves the issue.

I don’t know if i said it wright, it’s like it is doing “waves” when i scroll down!
I have made several formats and setups with this drivers, there is no logical explination, everything is ok with the graphics…!

yes mate i understand the screen “Strobes” and moves slowly you should update your graphics devices driver , this should solve the issue , edit appologies having re read the second post it seems you have applied the right graphics driver ?
as well as direct x I assume.
you should state the components your using or the model of your machine . onboard graphics etc regarding your setup.

I have re-installed the drivers, probably in the first installation there was a problem i havent notice?
