[SOLVED] How do i find out what type of RAM i need to buy

i want to insert some more ram into my pc .. but how do i know wich sort of ram i need ? thanks

see what’s the clock speed of ur ram for example mine is 1GB”PC 400″ ram.so i will insert another ram with 400mhz clock.

Take out the Ram Stick with ya to the Store.. then ask can U use DD..

know your MOBO model
google it or check the manual
or go here with mobo model for info

if DDR you need 2 matching sticks to keep DDR
