[SOLVED] Don’t have permission to open file

I tried deleting a folder, opening a file within that folder, copying that file in the folder, and tried using it in ImgBurn but I cannot as it says, “access is denied” or “you don’t have permission to open this file. contact the file owner or administrator to obtain permission.”
I am on Windows Vista and this has never happened before. Help, please and thank you.

Try Unlocker for deleting stuff.
