Should I buy the Samsung Galaxy S3 Over the Sony Xperia SP ?

Hi guys, I’m not if this is the right topic to ask this question but i think there is no topic for this question except the Helpdesk…Anyway, Several weeks ago, I dropped my Nokia C5-03 in the water and it was broken so, i decided to buy a new android phone but with a budget not more than the galaxy s3’s price. So, I ended up con fused between the Sony Xperia SP and the Samsung Galaxy S3. At first, I decided to but the SP because of it’s amazing specs and the fast cpu and gpu which is gonna help me in gaming but I heard about many problems such as the bad camera, the terrible wifi range and some other minor bugs then i decided to go for the s3 but i heard that it lags in many games. So, my question is : Which one should I buy ; The S3 or the SP ? Thanks in advance.

What’s your budget and preferred website?
If its ebay its easier.
You don’t have to go for those handsets, there are some major Chinese brands that are better and are at similar price.
There are some hidden gems that make those handsets look dull.

I won’t buy it online tho. Plus, I will only get a Sony or a Samsung. I would never buy a Chinese phone because I’ve had some experience with them Anyway, As I said i can buy anything up to the price of the S3.

Well you never had the best China has to offer, so suit yourself. What you have in mind is foolish as I can tell you I owned both brands.
Neither is better than the other. My owned handsets:
Galaxy Note 2 (one RMA), poor quality plastic, chrome fade, random reboots.
Xperia Z (one RMA), camera unlock never worked, wouldn’t connect to pc, random reboots.
Still waiting for the backpanel to come unglued due to heat, included screen covers houses logos and they scratch. Oppo Find 5, Huawei Ascend Mate and Xiaomi MI3 etc are just some of the handsets worth mentioning. Good value in the mainland and are pretty much bulletproof.

The phones you mentioned are pretty good but apart from not being available in my country they are ridiculously expensive and my budget is about 280 Euro at maximum…If i could buy any phone with any price, I would’ve just got the Galaxy S4 or the Xperia Z1. I know both brands have many bugs and problems but I guess they are the best out there considering I’m living in a country where i can’t buy any Chinese phones and some other infamous brands.
