If i am not wrong,you probably use kaspersky & Mozilla.
If you are Kaspersky user do following:-
Copy this
From C:\\ProgramData\Kaspersky folder\
Paste it in to desktop
Now open Mozilla.Tools->Option->Advanced Tab->Certificate->Click view Certificate & Click import->navigate
Kaspersky Certificate(Saved on desk top)->Ok,then,
Your Problem should solve now
Even if you are not using Kaspersky. Some security suite install their certificate. If you wrongly delete it or alter something related to it, you risk this exact problem.
You can either:
-Revert to the prior certificate
-Reinstall the security suite certificate
If you have Kaspersky follow solution with the appropriate certificate in the folder.
If you have another suite state the name of it and we will give you the solution.
Thanks all
I updated the clock and its got rid of the certificate problem but I can seem to get you tube to work when I click on a video or music clip it just opens a blank page when i click on the error icon at the bottom of the page this comes up
