SearchIndexer.Exe + SearchFilterHost.exe VS iTunes

They are eating my CPU Usage, my laptop is about to burn almost.
I am using Windows 7 and iTunes and own an apple device.
Initially when i encountered this problem, i googled and found that disabling .xml from indexer will solve the issue, but it didnt , so i googled further and found that disabling the search service will do the job. On disabling it, my apple device got all ruined up, its battery died and got an error of session not building up.
I have restored everything as it was before now, my laptop is burning again, so please help me real fast, thanks!
