search problem…

I’m trying to locate the tv show (Once Upon a Time) everytime I type in the name in the search window it states (The following words below will be excluded from the search) and all the words are in red… This is the first time this happens. Why dose everything I type comes out in red with the message to exclude them??

Because a number of words are excluded from search, you need to search with the IMDB link number as shown here..

thanks will give it a shot… I’m used to just writing the whole name of the show, it always worked until today..

Searching once upon a time hasn’t worked for a very long time, if at all. So not sure why you’re saying it’s worked until today
EDIT: Unless it’s first time searching for once upon a time. Then yes as said search by IMDB code. There are others that will give you the same problem too.

Let me re-word it… ANYTHING I search for now comes up with the same problem and by the way, I’ve located this show in the past with no problems, the IMDB codes work fine thanks.
