Screenshot Problems please fix

I want to get screenshot on some blurays/DVDrip/….. Thumbnail me, MPC,VLC I tested.But i need software like thumbnail me. Thumbnail me get a thumbnail.
.I want one by one screenshots(1280*720), I want to add a tag for image.
can anyone tell me a software like this.

Thumbnails I use Imagegrabber, screenshots windows media player classic (will do both) not too sure on the resolution though ?
