Save file malfunction with RLD cracked games

Iv been experiencing alot of very, very strange behavior with ingame save progress not being reset after file deletion. Its like you find were the save file is stored, delete it and hopefully reset your ingame progress by doing so but recently this hasnt been the case, its as if the file is being read from memory or something and theres now apparent way the user can erase it.
Has anyone else experienced this type of behavior using these types of cracks, or know of a fix ?

what is the RELOADED game release? Seems the save file is not deleted. Also, are you mixing cracks? (SkIDROW/RELOADED/3DM?)
edit: your security setting maybe set too high for the current user even if the user is “admin”. Need to edit the user settings.

You could use a process monitor that check what file are accessed by the process. In this way you can see where it loads the files.

look at the steam_api.ini file to see the save location , and delete it from there
