Samsung R70 – Turns itself off!

Hi i’m new to this forum and have a problem with my Samsung R70 laptop. Whenever I try a challanging task it seems to just black out, and turn off suddenly. This has happened when: trying to install vista SP1, trying to run games (far cry).
Can anyone help me? or has anyone expeirenced this problem?
Computer Specs:
Centrino Duo 1.66 GHz (dual core)
2GB RAM
200GB Hard drive
NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GS – 128 MB
