RunDLL32 Crashes When Opening My Computer

I just tried to install an EP for The Sims 2, and now whenever i open my computer, Rundll32 crashes and it makes my computer crash, i can open other windows fine though. any help?

: that worked at first, but when i when i ran the isntall, and opened my computer, it did it again, heres a screenshot

would it be a waste of time to try installing my sims game and THEN running the program?
