Retrieve a Deleted App with Data on Ipod

I have an Ipod and downloaded an app called Secret Dairy. I had a lot stuff saved in this app. I never backup anything on iTunes. I accidentally deleted this app. Could someone please help me retrieve this app with the stuff that was saved in there.

I dont think you can, to be honest….
Maybe if you used iCloud to backup your iPod? then maybe….

I have never setup an iCloud on my iPod.

Then that data is most likely gone
Try downloading and installing that app again……..the data might somehow turn up
