Req for Website Offline viewing

Following is a website. Here by putting some income data it calculates Tax liability.

For offline working I tried to downlod using Offline Browser 5.9
When tried to open the downloaded files it says it works only online.
Will any one help me to work this site offline. It will be a great help not only to me but for many Indians

EDIT: I think it should work fine if you save it like other pages and then replace it2011-script.js file with this file:
