Repacking reduces specs requirement?

Hi, may I ask do repacked (both lossless and lossy) games have lower specs (eg. lousier graphic cards and processors) requirement?
My computer couldn’t support a game that I wanted to play, so I’m thinking maybe I could get a repacked version of that game so I would be able to play it.

doubt it bro, because the minimum specs would include the gameplay element meaning if you don’t have minimum requirements, you probably won’t run the game or the game will run like ~love~ and really slow, best not waste your time

repacked games usually just mean that they take out the video files and the sound files and encoded them so that the size is lower(also worse quality).
so the answer to your question would be no it doesnt.
as the game still requires the same hardware to calculate the physics and other stuff that games calculate
