You could fix the activation issue without reinstalling, Use MBR Regenerator:

And after it’s done, Use Windows Loader:

As for the browser toolbar, You could try manually disabling the particular toolbar from the browser settings (And make sure it’s set NOT to use a proxy server) if that doesn’t do the trick, Then give Combofix & Malwarebytes a try:

Is kaspersky rescue disk 10 is effective than mbam in detecting virus
No antivirus/anti-malware is 100% effective, And sometimes one may detect a particular virus/spyware/adware that
the other one didn’t. That being said, Kaspersky & Malwarebytes are two very different products and are not in the same class. And for the record, The Kaspersky rescue disk would have the exact same detection capabilities of the Windows app (Provided the PC isn’t infected with spyware that blocks AV definition updates of course, As that would be another story.)
Anyways, Reinstalling the OS does not automatically mean data loss, You could simply backup her data onto an external HDD before going for it (So if it comes down to that, Don’t panic!)

First of all run WATFix, that should straighten things out so you can then run the loader..

Run Windows Loader, then…
visit the following website to revalidate Windows: www.microsoft.com/genuine/validate/ (Use Internet Explorer)

I also tried “WATFix” but after the CMD prompt and restart. it gives me startup repair then i wait 30 mins. and still WAT there. …

Use this steps as a last resort, as I have only tried this once. It worked, but do this only when you’re really set on reformatting your pc, otherwise
try other methods first before doing this.
Open a command prompt as an Administrator.
Enter slmgr /upk and wait for it to complete. This will uninstall the current product key from Windows and put it into an unlicensed state.
Enter slmgr /cpky and wait for it to complete. This will remove the product key from the registry if it’s still there.
Enter slmgr /rearm and wait for it to complete. This is to reset the Windows activation timers so the new users will be prompted to activate Windows when they put in the key.
This should put the system back to a pre-key state.
Hope this helps. Good evening!
