Remote Download Queue iPhone

Can anyone recommend a way they queue up links at home via their iphone? Something on the lines of utorrents web remote, I can download torrents well out on about through the browser on my iphone.
Any help would be appreciated

I think JDownloader has a remote plugin; however, I have never used it personally.
You can also use TeamViewer to control your PC from your phone at any time.
