Recording a live stream?

I would like to record a live stream from this website, which is airing a show sometime later today.

You all have any ideas how I can do this?
I mean I have a software, but I have never done this before so it is kinda like my first time..OMG!!

For recording a swf file directly from a site you can use an application called “cachesort”. This application directly copies all the swf or pictures from the cache memory and stores them in a folder in the c drive.
It’s quite useful. Just give it a try.
