Realtek Rear panel audio jack problem

i plugged my speaker jack into rear panel and the sound only come from left channel , no problem on front panel
what happened to the rear panel?

Try installing Realtek HD Audio Manager, plug the jack into microphone slot and set that slot as “Headphones” in Audio Manager. If it works then your green slot is probably damaged or something.
