Rapidshare uploading problem

Since I installed Windows 7, my uploads always stop at 99 percent. I have tried using Rapidshare Manager and Rapiduploader.
Anyone knows what this is? Is there anyway I could fix the problem?

Yes I did. But still it didn’t work.
