Rapidleech Help

Guys I need you to help me to register for a web hosting and put a rapidleech script on it. I have been using these rapidleech servers for sometime but they keep on going down or the account gets suspended. So please can some guide me step by step which web hosting will not delete my rapidleech script immediately. But a month or two it should work. I will use the server for my personal use and then I will make it public for WBB community.
