Rainmeter theme editing

Cause i am a total noob with this can someone help me change the theme so that date and month end is aligned with the end of time. kinda like this second image i made.

Is this clock in the default installation or it’s a custom theme that need to be downloaded?
In case it needs to be downloaded, can you link it? I will modify it for you.

All it’s in that install i guess which i got from here. I didn’t need anything else.

EDIT: From what i understand everything aligns within the images so you probably can’t help me but thanks for trying mate. Will need to find something else or edit all images.
