Question about fall out new vegas

hi
is anyone knows how can i play dlcs like honest hearts witouth playing the main scene. the reason why i am askin i already finish the game but i erased save game files. so if i start all over i will be at level 0. maybe i can find some save game files 100percent complete?

There is no other way to play the DLC on it’s own if that what you mean..
You can’t tell when the DLC become available..Some of them can be available at the start of the game..
Just play the game again..It’s a fun game..
