Psu cooler problem

psu cooler stops from time to time it works 30 sec and it stops for 30 again and the same process

Many PSU’s operate in fanless mode during normal use, but have a fan that kicks in when under a certain amount of load.
That may be the case.

well i have a liteon is it better one
but it has less watt’s 250

NEVER EVER CHEAP OUT ON PSU!
Unless of course, you want to fry your computer.
Get an Antec, OCZ, Seasonic, Corsair power supply, and you will never need to face this kind of crap again.

thanks for the advice but can i use this liteon it’s from my lenovo desktop but it has 250 watt well for my defense someone gave it to me as a present :S i wanted to buy a coolermaster btw is coolermaster a good choice ?
