Problem with rapidshare

I got a email that my account was canceled because of illegal downloads. I lost some money on my account. Any help on how this happened and how to avoid this from happening again. Thanks for any help or suggestions.

We do not condone nor encourage any illegal distribution of softwares, music,
or other forms of media through our servers.
A log file of all your login IP addresses and uploaded/downloaded file details
will be kept for legal purposes. Should you wish to contest our decision, kindly
seek legal help within 7 days upon receiving this message.
You can appeal against our decision by faxing us the appeal letter issued by
your lawyer.
The terminated account will appears on RapidShare servers for 7 days but you
will not be granted access to it. Be informed.

Oh crap..they’re going after the people downloading illegal files now. Aside with the automated reporting methods reporters have been using, now that’s getting nasty.
I think it’s time people move to a different file hosting service.

I don’t know how I would of been phished. I’ll try classic’s idea and email support.
