problem with internet downloading

I got the problem with all website. When i download the file from internet such as rapidshare or megaupload, i got the error message “cannot download (the file) from (website i download the file) because the connection with the server was reset. I turn off my firewall and antivirus program. but it no help.
What can i do to fix this problem?
Plz help me. Thank you.

yes it start downloading. But i can download about at 80-85% then i got the error message “the connection with server was reset” and it stop downloading. before this problem happen, i can downloaded well.
