Problem installing blackbox, error message GTA IV

Hi
i am installing GTA IV on my laptop. I just recived the following message>?
http://i41.~ Disallowed image host. Please Report. ~/2j5x9vo.gif
How do i solve this?

first of all clean the registry using ccleaner since this isdone.dll error is usually due to either damaged or corrupted registry keys
http://fs11.filehippo.com/3177/04681efc806c42f99b758f14f26655ef/ccsetup314.exe
then download this isdone.dll file
http://dll-files.org/public/www_dll-files_org_ISDone.dll.zip
after that go to c:\windows\system32 and locate the current isdone.dll on your system and rename it to isdoneanythingyouwant.dll
then copy and paste the new isdone.dll into c:\windows\system32 and after that go to start -> run and type cmd
type regsvr32 Isdone.dll on the black screen and press enter after that restart your pc and try reinstall that game again
