probelem in ups

hello i have ups the battary is dead the battary is 2Ah now i cange the battary to 9Ah the ups is dont blow on my face and this is dont burn to my computer ??? thanks …

Your message is not clear but plugging a 9Ah in a 2Ah is not the best thing to do. (I’m guessing that you mean something over 9 and 2. Actually I’m guessing everything)

A reasonable increase in capacity like that should not be a problem.
Make sure batteries are of the same voltage (eg 12V) of course.

it could be a waste of extra money on a larger capacity battery if the ups will not support the extra capacity. if it does then great but it should not cause a problem ie blow up providing that the voltage is correct. Ah is a measure of charge holding capacity
