pop up that will not close

Besides normal pop ups that one CAN click ‘X’ to close, or click ‘leave this page’ to close, there are windows that will not close – only task manager will close it BUT it also knocks one off this site and one must log in again. Different DL sites from ULer too- it’s a ‘flash Player update’ window/s.
Advise? Thanks.

also, never click on anything like this. close browser and run full virus/malware check offline.

You can try pressing f11 to see if that’ll reduce it from full screen to just the size of the browser window.
Get Adblockplus if you don’t already have it, it may help prevent it loading altogether.

Yes, I did not click on anything to comply with the bad-window’s claim – like ‘your browser/flash player is outdated’, I simply tried to close window that popped up before the legit site allowed DL. RG got so freaky for free user, I stopped using it. Now it was billionuploads and putlocker – I was trying to see the blackfish post, in particular, BTW, from a veteran ULer -when I got these locked ‘Adobe’ pop ups. My anti-malware app has caught a few PUP files and removed them. Thanks for feedback.

You don’t need to click anything a lot of the time. These things will exploit third party plugins, browser permissions, etc.
ABP + Noscript + a decent browser (Chrome) + security software you trust
Also how do you think these ‘free’ filelockers make their money? it’s by peddling advertisements, use a service like real-debrid to reduce the risk.
