Please reply to this NTSC to PAL converter

Everytime i have posted on the helpdesk i rarely get a reply….so please help with this….
i have got some animated motion backgrounds in .mov format which are NTSC – how do i convert these to PAL…

u can do it in adobe aftereffects or premier i think… i you now a little…
