Playing Burnt 360 games online

Hey guys I’m a bit of a noob.
If I download and burn Xbox360 games and stealth them to ssv2
can i play them on xbox live without getting my console banned?

A bit depends on your drive’s firmware.

You can never presume to be safe while you are on XBL.
But you will need to be with *LATEST* firmware to be safe else you are always exposed to higher risk of getting banned.
Make sure you have latest firmware while you play XBL and EVEN THEN you can get banned.
