Password Secured USB

Dear ‘ers,
I’ve searched the internet for this but I haven’t found anything interesting yet so I decided to ask you guys.
I have an Kingston DataTraveler 16GB but the thing is that I want to have it password secured, I know there are alot of programs in the appz section but it’s all installed on the pc.. I would like to have something when someone double clicks the icon in ”This Computer” a popup comes up where you have to enter a password Something like that, or a prog that locks the usb stick, NOT only on my own pc, but everywhere I take my stick too..
Someone can advice me something?

Hmm not really helping me.. Creating a rar to have it password protected is quite crapish..

It asks for a password before entering the folder.. Now I need to get that automatic starded when opening the usb stick.
