Package from the Web Error

I formatted the PC and installed a fresh XP, but i found the error with installer of some drivers The Error it was showing
Package from the Web Error
“This Programm is used Internally by Package from the web. It Should not be executed directly.”

I tried installing the Patch of my High Defintion Audio Driver, It Worked very fine without any errors. Dont know what the heck behind this, Tried reinstalling XP for 3 times and now i’m in Vista.
Please help me guys, I’ve been not downloading any things and no movies, gaming for a week now
No Video, Audio Drivers installed yet

There was an error with my driver package, now its fixed.
