Overclocking for a beginner?

Hey guys, I want to start getting into overclocking but I don’t really no where to start. Has anyone got any tips or programs to get me started? here are my computer specs (yes i no there not that good)

You can’t overclock that.
You will need at least a new motherboard.

Yeah not on that board, you’ll cook the regulators.
