Overclocking AMD Phenom II X6 1100T

Like the title say it all, how to overclock the cpu I mentioned.
My specifications are;
– AMD Phenom II X6 1100T
– ASUS Crosshair IV Formula
– OCZ 1600MHz Reaper
– Corsair 750watt Power Supply
– Gigabyte GTX 460 768mb Graphic card
Anybody who have overclocked their cpu, please share it with me, and are running at stock speeds and all that.

Have a Good Read, OC is Dangerous and if you plan to do it on the stock Heatsink be prepared for a LOT of Noise

1.4V is fairly safe with a decent cooler.
I have a 1090T and a Crosshair IV.
Fairly stable with 1.43V and a Megahalems Rev. B single fan push mode.
4.2 Ghz
The processor is the same stepping just with a higher multiplier, same thing essentially.
