[Not Solved] megashares question?

I aint donwload anything on megashare and i get this message:
“You already have the maximum of 1 download running. You can download again when your download completes”
The last download from megashare finished about 10 minutes ago.
any help please?

restart your modem/router. that should work.

I turned off and turned back on modem and still getting same response from megashare.

you using a download mgr ?
exit it completely and see if that frees it up

no mate, no download mgr.

have you rebooted ?
shutdown for about 15-20 mins or just turn the modem off for that long
think I used to run into this from time to time on MS and sometimes it would not clear up till the next day
never figured out why for sure but think it was at MS’s end

yes mate. it’s been one day now and still getting same problem from megashares Do you think by resetting my modem and getting another ip will fix this ??

butr you may need to turn off your modem for a while to change the IP
