norwegian keyboard language

hey guys. i recently installed a us/eu installation of windows xp.
norwegian keyboard layout did not install itself.

it says “US” . cannot be changed. whenever i try to load “norwegian” it just
says “Norwegian could not be loaded” or something..
any suggestions?
