Nokia 2730 Classic concerns

hello guys i have a very big problem concerning my nokia 2730 classic. The issue is that i’ve forgotten my security code after i’ve send it to repair the screen
Could i have a reset code or something alike please it is very important i’ll be very grateful to you guys !

oh its a normal reaction but thats true that i’ve forgotten it
but i can surely confirm you thats its not stolen or found anywhere i can swear on god dude!

Try something like this
Code to reset the Nokia 2730 Classic mobile
1.- Basic Reset or Soft Reset
This option restores the .ini files from the ROM. Does not erase data (photos, videos, documents) or applications from a third party. Key Code *# 7780 # (click this combination of keys on the keyboard in the mobile)
2.- Total Reset or Hard Reset
This option restores the original operating system from the ROM. Formats the C: partition and deletes all data including the memory card. Key Code *#7370# (click this combination of keys on the keyboard in the mobile)
Important: To proceed to reset, the battery must be full and the mobile device connected to the charger. If during the course of reset, the mobile stop receiving electricity it can ruin the internal flash memory of the mobile device and stop function.
Or try 12345 that is default passcode

i know that i’am a bit stupid asking you this question dude but i have no idea of how entering the code *#7780# on the asked security code the * symbol does not even appear hence i know that i;am in a delicate situation but can i ask you how to proceed this would be very grateful to me thanks mate for the sole help
