New psp help

i just bought a psp! I hear about people making their own games and movies on their memory cards, what i am wondering is Is their a ebook or something useful that breaks down steps 1 by one ive been to some of the psp sites and no help (well not what i was looking for) Thanks in advance

Even I’m trying to find that out.
But if you copy a .txt file directly onto your psp memory card (ie. without any sub folders), you can access through your web browser by typing the following address:
file:/[filename].txt
note: filename must not be capital or with any spaces. I have tried this and it works.
