New PC

Hey guys…its been so long since I am using this dumb config of a Core 2 Duo and 256MB Graphics card….need to upgrade now
My Budget is 30-35,000 Rupees which is approx. 775-780 $
I need to upgrade the Processor and Motherboard obviously…and also my graphic card….and if some money is left then Speakers also
Please suggest some nice configurations in this budget
PS :- Having 4GB RAM which is sufficient and a 22″ Samsung LCD(hope this is good)

Please post a link to a computer shop you can use and your current parts.
EDIT: Give a link to a computer shop you can use,I don’t know any in India. Give full specs of your current PC (motherboard,ram ) in a detailed fashion, if you plan to use existing components.

There is life left in that CPU yet my friend.
If it is games you are interested in then maybe your cash would be better spent on a graphics/ram boost more than anything else.
Maybe some overclocking to boost cpu speed (possible buy a new cooler)

I would rather build a computer because you have enough money to buy a great computer.
