New Car Under $$$10k

I am looking for a car under $10k. One of the car that interest me is the Infiniti g35 coupe. I was keeping up with the price on those things. It seems like the prices are dropping for them. For example, 3 weeks ago the average price for a 2003-2004 g35 coupe would be 11-13k. Now I see them for 10k-11k. Is there major problems with these cars or people dont like the mpg of it? Any recommendation for a car under 10k would be much appreciated. Thanks guys!

The Infiniti G35 gets great reviews and the only reason I could note for the price drop is because it’s near the end of the year and the dealers always clear their lots for the new model year.
