Need Your help in deleting this folder

I found in my D drive locked folder named : 6e45353c3fdb68bedf58bdb6e3a783 , this folder includes many other folders when I try to delete them I get messege : you have been denied permission to access this folder . so I can’t delete this folder nor can I delete the folders which it includes . Is there any software by which I can delete this folder ?? or is there any way to delete this folder ?? anybody knows about this folder ?? do anybody has the same folder ??

Perhaps you could have given your PC details – as in Which OS? and such. A screenshot would be better.

Unlocker v1.9 will delete most things (use Google)
What’s inside the folder ? It could be files used by Windows to install a Service Pack or updates.
