need webhosting cpanel advice/help

ok i have a semi dedicated windows server to run my game off of now its gota be windows fot the game now i have plesk 8.2 installed but when i install apache on the server it messes with plesk and mysql and php dont work through plesk where i host the sites
now i was told by the dedicated company i cant have apache with plesk
so i was wandering waht kinda 3rd party cpanel for windows is good i i use nuke evo for my sites so thats why i need appache thanx in advance

Helm is a good one …but Plesk is Best for Windows btw if any day you get linux then get cPanel
