I have ASUS Cinema 7131 Dual TV card. I need best tv channel tuning + recording software. Ex: CyberLink PowerCinema

Is this an analogue or digital card ??
Also are you in a Digital DVB-T or analogue area for reception?

You can try Dscaler 4 it is what I use and it is free.

Mainconcept PVR for MPEG format
WinVDR for AVI
both in appz section
never tried Power Cinema so if you try Mainconcept PVR let me know how you think it compares
