Need to recover data

I had before an amd Pc and 2 days back i recently upgraded by pc with new Intel Processor , Ram , and motherboard . all the above three things were only chaged previously i have 2 Hard Disk of 1 TB hard disk each i install both of them worked fine .
The second hard disk which i had only 2 partions of 300Gb the 300 gb is no where shows in my computer and other one of 631Gb shows fine in my computer
BUt its shows in the Disk managerment area as System Reserved i had all the movies in the 300 gb space now i cannot open it any one can please help
Please help
Use a boot disk..Copy/Recover all your data to another partition..Then delete the partition and create it again..
you can not the open the What? the Partition with all ur movies in it?
