Need to download a radio programme

But got no idea how to do it. Can listen to it on iPlayer, but ideally I need a copy, especially as the iPlayer one is only available for 5 days.
Any advice?

You’d be best using Goldwave to record it, Just pick stereo mix/waveout mix as the source, You may need
to fiddle with the volume levels initially (on both goldwave & iplayer) to find the right balance (quality/distortion wise)

Let me translate that for you, Programme (British word) refers to a TV or Radio show
and the OP is saying he wanna download a copy of a certain one (which one in particular is unknown at the moment)
