need some help with a couple songs (guitar)

Hello everyone Ok i got a couple of questions about a few different songs
first one being… Miserable at Best by Mayday Parade
what is the strum pattern and if you know the picking pattern I’d also like that too.

second… does anyone know a good tab/power/guitar pro for The Tide Began to Rise (acoustic) by Demon Hunter?
If you can tell me the chords i can figure out the strum pattern myself, as for the picking if you can just give me a few notes that would be great. So i can practice playing by ear =]
